Anyone have a build that can melee hardcore Maelstrom of Chaos without Kaom's?

Well ES is easiest way to play game. huge dps no risk at all. Bow is just easy huge dps no way you can die. 1h + Shield is fairly safe way as easy to get Evasion or erduction you need and lose just small amount of dps. and full melee 1h+1h or 2h is proper way to play Hardcore. you not farming mobs you surviving. :)
