Glacial Hammer, Ruthless Support, Multistrike Support interaction

How do these 3 skills interact with each other?
-Glacial Hammer "If striking 3 times in a row, the 3rd strike will freeze enemies more easily"
-Ruthless Support "Every 3rd time you use a supported attack, that use of the skill will be more powerful"
-Multistrike Support "Supported skills repeat 2 additional times"

1.Glacial Hammer & Ruthless. If I have them linked, are they automatically synced up so that the ruthless strike will also be the one that freezes more easily? Would I have to slot them into the gear at the same time to guarantee this?

2.Glacial + Multistrike. Does the last repeat from multistrike "freeze enemies more easily" or does glacial hammer only count when it is self cast?

3.Ruthless + Multistrike. Same questions as 2 for these 2 skills.

Thank you!

I can't speak to Glacial Hammer specifically, but Ruthless and Multistrike do not stack. In a cycle of 9 strikes, 7-9 will receive the Ruthless bonus.

But thats stacking what you describe. 7-9 will get the Ruthless damage and the Multistrike multiplier. At least thats my understanding.
1) Multistrike 0% + Ruthless 0%
2) Multistrike 22% + Ruthless 0%
3) Multistrike 44% + Ruthless 0%
4) Multistrike 0% + Ruthless 0%
5) Multistrike 22% + Ruthless 0%
6) Multistrike 44% + Ruthless 0%
7) Multistrike 0% + Ruthless 70-98%
8) Multistrike 22% + Ruthless 70-98%
9) Multistrike 44% + Ruthless 70-98%
Thanks guys for the answer to question 3! If anyone can answer 1 and/or 2, please do!
With Glacial Hammer it does say 3 strikes in a row
If you miss, I assume the cycle resets.

2. I am not sure about

This should be right but anyway char will benefit from 3rd round of Multistrike and Ruthless for boss freezing.
These are about different things – Ruthless tracks number of skill uses, Multistrike repeats skill use twice and Glacial Hammer (GH) tracks successive strikes.

They're synced only in vacuum. Practically, once you hit something e.g. two times in row, GH counter will reset while Ruthless's won't and next target will get Ruthless blow + 1st successive strike from GH.

Yes, Multistrike allows GH to strike 3 times per one skill use.

Guys have already answered, the reason follows from stated above. Multistrike repeats skill uses, it doesn't affect number of uses, so each skill use causes 3 strikes. Thus third use of a skill will perform 7th, 8th and 9th strikes which will all be Ruthless.
Thanks Monahuna! So let me get this straight about Glacial Hammer. Is there a set time period or something where you have to hit 3 times in order to be considered "striking 3 times in a row"? Like they have to be within 2 seconds of each other or something? And does missing reset the counter?
