"The Lost Expedition" issue

I can't complete the "The Lost Expedition" quest because I'm currently mapping and for some reason the Expedition League Encounter is NEVER spawning in the campaign acts now, it only spawns in map.

This means I can't progress and I'm stuck without Expedition Logbooks because they won't drop: this is not bad luck because today I've ran 163 map tiers (from challenges) and I've seen 0 logbooks even with the "35% increased chance to drop logbooks" bonus in the expedition encounter while mapping.

Though I'm glad to hear its not just me. I hope GGG Announces they are aware of this issue soon. I've basically played though half the game with half a league mechanic.

Having the exact same issue.
The quest "The Lost expedition" is stuck in act3.

But I have no expedition spawning in this act (it does anywhere else in the game). I went through most areas there, nothing....

A statement from GGG would be appreciated, being locked out of the content of this league feels like double penalty in 3.15 .

Everything is sluggish and I realized I am doing it for nothing....

Bump, is there a workaround or something? Has this bug been confirmed internally by the dev team? Missing out on like half of the league mechanic feels terrible.

Same - mission is stuck in 3rd Act and cannot go on with it!

Got the same issue. Played to about 89/164 atlas completion and couldnt find a single logbook ( did nearly all expeditions in the maps )...

Same here. Just found the Text in a logbook and it says Talk to Danning but nothing happens. No way to continue. Lame.
