Damnit... i must've been the only duelist from the start then. I died at lvl 7 right after the ledge to blue goat shawmen.

When I die, I check the ladder to see where everyone is at. Was just dumb luck that I noticed there were no Deulists in the top 40.

Had an early misfortune (both companions got flattened by an extra damage rhoa pack in flats) quickly followed by some fortunate drops (1.68 speed bow + 35 damage quiver), making for an above average finish.

Again, my only complaint is the quest event notifications getting lost in global chats endless spam.

Thanks to GGG for the excellent events!

My suggestion is that there is a separate spot for server messages situation just above the normal chat.

I was trying the Fetid Pool clear too. I had 3 monsters left when I saw the message "RUNWITCHRUN is the first to clear the Fetid Pool!"

I said, "Oh My God!" and pounded my desk when that happened.

Nice find! and Thank you :) I almost wasn't able to kill one of the yellow monsters, with the life reg aura he regenerated more life than I hurt him at first. Had to kill everything else and level up before attempting again. But I got really lucky, finding a raise zombie gem that basically cut the work in half.

Capitalist can just be a veteran who created a new account..

My first char was a Marauder who died to the medicine chest boss. Started a duelist with about an hour and 15 minutes left and made the top 5! My friend was playing a witch the whole time and didn't make the top and was disappointed, but we had fun playing together and storming through. Can't wait for the next one.

This beta will be so exciting.
