[FIXED] Stuck on loading screen upon entering hideout, towns or my friends' hideout

I have been unable to go inside my hideout, nor my friend's hideout or any other towns. I am able to go to Oriath but never my hideout. If I went to to other towns, I'm stuck as well. After relogging back, I'm into the last town I was supposed to be in.

I have tried going to act 2 and talked to Helena, changed my hideout to Lush but still no avail. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing too but it's still the same problem. It prompts me if I would want to wait or close the program.
