Is there any specific reason to go Mindfulness on the small clusters instead of Clarity of Purpose or Openness? Is there that much stationary time to benefit from them?

The purpose I use Mindfulness is because it provide huge mana regeneration rate when you stationary for a little while about 0.5-1 sec, but you can use others like Clarity of Purpose or Openness, it is no problem. But if You use Mindfulness need a little set up for Storm Branded skill to no moving when cast the the Mana regeneration will always work. | |
