I've now lost 2 characters in the last 2 days to randomly DCing from the game.
I'm still connected to the net while it happens, so I'm not losing connection there.
Lost a 75 in the 1 week race after zoning back into a map to kill the boss. Attacked him twice, nothing happened. Logged out and back in to find myself in default.
Just this second lost a 70 in regular hardcore in docks. Zoned in, shot 2 EKs at a pack, nothing happened so I logged out and back in and I'm in Default.
Do you move characters back to the league they were in when something like this happens?
Why can you enter a zone if you aren't actually receiving from the server?
Feeling like quitting after losing so much time investment to something totally beyond my control and as a result of bad design. If alt f4ing and quickly exiting when in danger of dying are instant then why can you zone in when you aren't actually connected?!
Looking for a support response.

Just because you are 'connected' to the net doesn't mean it's a 'good' connection, have you run any tests to make sure your provider isn't having issues before coming here?

I am suffering from constant, random disconnections as well. All day long, but it only started as I arrived into act 2.
