does anyone know is there a way to get my money back from a trading scam?
" False, one of the GGG mods commented on a similar situation regarding cluster jewels, stating that listing a cluster jewel and then putting a mirrored one in the trade window is scamming and that they will deal with it. I forgot which thread it was exactly, it happened roughly a week ago. Last edited by sea_serpent#3755 on Nov 14, 2020, 11:02:46 AM

This must be at least the 1000th time we've done this. There's got to be a reason people keep posting them. My bet is that they hope to get "pity" donations from the forum. Seems like it would work to some degree. Might get an exalt or two out of the crowd. Have to come up with a convincing story though.

Unfortunately you wont get your currency back however, even if everyone says that GGG wont do anything, which is actually true, I suggest you still email them and maybe as we do this, they might change their policy in the future.
No to conditional challenges on top of RNG pure luck mechanics.

They migh eventually ban the scammer, after many cases reported, but you will never get back your money.

If we could all quit calling it "money", that would be great.
