Do not receive unlock-code via mail anymore

Hi,

as stated after logging in today, I did not receive the e-mail containing the unlock code.
Currently, the provider is gmx.
Does anyone else have such issues or knows how to handle these?

Sounds like GMX have been blocked by GGG or is blocking GGG mails.

Did you remember to white the GGG e-mail both in your local mail client but also with GMX directly ?

web.de E-Mail Web yesterday I still received e-mails

seems like a german problem? only seeing web.de and gmx.de problems

Ty for the hint. I just explicitly whitelisted the ggg-mails and re-did the whole login procedure. It sadly did not help. I got the mail - just like samx86 - just yesterday.

I assume the provider did change something, as a similar thing occured a couple (?) of years ago.
