As you can see from the reply, then the e-mail provider used by some players are refusing to recieve mails from GGG. So how is this a GGG problem as such.
To make it worse, they don't reply when GGG try to contact them about it.....

i had the same problem with GMX and PoE unlock mails 2 times years ago. Made a google mail account and changed my PoE Account mail adress to that. No more problems with missing unlock code mails since then.

Problem here again :(
