Funny glitch. cant teleport using waypoint

The path that goes up off the screen is intentional and part of the selected quest. Use the Prisoner's Gate Waypoint to proceed.

The '?' mark is the shipgraveyard, the map pin that has the orange connection going north is the Prisoners' Gate. Use that.
