Strange 2D graphics artefacts

I haven't played since last week. I started the game today, let the patcher do its thing and started the game. This is how it looks now:
  I tried completely uninstalling the game and then let the client download it all over again. I also tried deleting the settings folder from User\My Documents\My Games\ Any ideas? | |

Rename your Content.ggpk file and re-download it using the VPN method.
It appears that something (probably ISP caching) is causing some of the file contents to become corrupt. | |

What is the VPN method?

I'm not sure how that worked, but it did. Actually playing like that is impossible though, my ping is sky-high (The download was at least x15 slower as well).
I hope it won't re-patch the good files with the bad files once I turn the OpenVPN off... | |

Yeah, only use the VPN when you need to patch.
