Funny thing about every 3rd party software, you do not know if it violates the ToS unless you yourself developed it. An update can come along at any time to make a legitimate program violate the ToS in some way, and you as the user are 100% at fault and responsible for the violation. If you were all banned, then it is likely something you all were doing.

- I cannot imagine this would be the cause. GGG considers loot filters mandatory for proper game function,

PoE Trade Macro
- Several uses fall into the maybe a violation category. Several previous bans have been reported in the forums likely related to use of one trade macro or the other. Some were overturned, others not.

- You are using software a week old...I can’t even tell what it claims to do based off the Github.

Lutebot
- Nothing here I know of as it is all text commands. The macro rule considers a text entry in chat a single command, and the logout macro it uses has been approved by Chris Wilson himself. Again however, changes may make this incompatible without your foreknowledge.

**There have been several reported cases of guilds being banned, I think this is largely targeting bot guilds. If you create a bot and send resources into the guild, then you get the benefit of guild tab organization without risk. When the bot is banned, you still retain all currencies, and you never paid for the bot’s account to have individual tabs.

Thanks for make more clear what is allowed or not. So now we wait an answer but as I said the league is dead for us, 14 days is to long.
I know some people said it's just a game. But for us it's not just a game.
It's a social activity, a passion make us spend time together as good friend and have a lot of fun making invest our mind and soul inside.

Because streamers are using, we though we could. It's not our intention to break the rules.
Also everyone in my clan are not using the helper chaos recipe software, poe trade macro neither. So I realy think we get banned because of me doing flipping currency on my lvl 1 account (wich I run on a second computer on second screen).
People trade, see a lvl 1 guy and with all those urban legend they report thinking it can only be a bot.
Shame from those not smart peoples.

That is a real possibility. You don’t seem to be the only one reporting a ban this banwave where low level characters currency flipping may be the root cause in conjunction with a small guild. 3rd party software as the declared cause could be nothing more than most these are bots. You flipped enough to trigger the algorithm’s automatic ban. If this is the cause then the good news is they can easily detect bot actions (always the same) vs player actions (more sporadic). The bad news is trading from an alternate account gives a strong impression during a log-review of RMT. Your main account and your alternate account constantly do unbalanced trades. I think small builds are also a factor this banwave to target bot guilds.

We all remade an account in my guild, we don't want to play another game.
But the challenge is to play with only 4 stashes and not be abble to sell items ^^..
we are probably not good enough to keep going to lategame like this.
