Incoming Wipe?

I know that .99 is going to be out in a week or two and I was wondering if GGG is doing a character wipe for this. The point is, I just finished finals and I'm not sure if I should start now or after the patch.

nope. open beta is the next scheduled wipe.

and that will be possibly sometime in june. GGG doesn't really know yet. act 3 will be in a ruined roman city.

Not exactly. "at open beta" implies that act 3 will be released simultaneously with the start of open beta. Whereas, "slightly before or with open beta" explicitly states the possibility of act three being released prior to the start of open beta.
