Ruins Hellion is no longer desecratable

I tried using Desecrate to get some Ruins Hellion corposes in the Quay and in my hideout later (after finally tracking one down to raise as a spectre)
It doesn't appear to be desecratable anymore. Is this a bug? It's really annoying to find replacement ruin hellion spectres now because you can't get them via desecrate and they appear to be very VERY VERY rare now in the Quay (I had to clear the Quay twice to finally find ONE in the last monster pack on the map!) Last bumped on Aug 15, 2021, 8:15:34 AM

I also am unable to find the Ruins Hellion in either The Quay or The Grain Gate using Desecrate.

Also tried to get Ruins Hellion today and it is not spawnign a desecrate corpse in The Quay or Grain gate

Up, this bug is still active in Ritual 3.13.1c
