" No, as it's attack and not a spell. But if you utilise cluster jewels with duration you can get long mirage archer duration and use it with toxic rain and withering touch support gem to apply wither stacks and use this setup in another 6link. Maybe you can make some new MTX for toxic rain and caustic arrow, they only have 1 and 2 mtx respectively meanwhile skills like arc, cyclone or essence drain have bajillion.
