[3.11] VOC - BANE BLOOM - 325% Despair - Occultist (Updated for Harvest)

Amazing build used again this league can't live without it can do A8 and all content so easy massive clear speed and really good boss killing.

With the 3.11 B patch many of the rare items for this build are even easier to craft now, especially the jewels, also the price of them is dropping.

Just move DESPAIR to the gloves, and move Temp Chains into the chest.

This build is insanely fun! With same gem colors, do you think essence drain would do good as well?
