ok, im not getting any endurance charges with this jewel.

i guess the agony crawlers kills doesn't count as a "kill".

of cause you don't. You get endurance charges while channeling

Because you don't have the cluster jewel for that. That's why.
And you should NOT be getting any "on kill" charges from minions, as they don't count as your kill. Everything is correct

I see it now, the clusters i havent transitioned into that yet. Is lvl 90 enough for cluster build?

how do you survive mana with only -3 on one ring? I'm running that now and its not working without mana flask....regen is not there.

I don't get the point of tempest shield..? And even if it was useful someway, why not change places with whirling blades? Also, I use only one cwdt with sniper's mark, spirit offering and desecrate (lower level for cwdt). So I'm not self-casting desecrate. Not actually 100% sure does it even work properly, but I guess it would at least some times. Cwdt is kidna rng anyway when you block so much.

how do you get cannot be frozen on boots?

how hard would it be without this ?
