Game freezing (fps drops to 0) when I hit mobs

Im getting this issue now on Heist league.
I did not have any issue Last league.

My system is:
i7 7700k
m.2 Nvme SSD
Got a GTX1080 ti

Running a Ascendant BallLightning-Arcmage build.

My FPS is 120-200.

The second i attack a or hit enemys game slows to 1-10 FPS.
80% of the times flamdash wont work and im dead.

I will be testing an older driver soon as noted above.
