My FPS in hideout are still -20% lower than what should be. So not fixed at all

I downloaded the patch and this is NOT fixed for me. The game is still unplayable with dozens of freezes per map. Do you want a DXDiag?

Massive performance issues still remain. Playable still because my hardware is bonkers for this game but I am still getting drops from 140fps to 7!! fps regularly as well as general stutter and low frame rates hovering in the 30-50 range when moving my character.

i also had some problems suddenly. but updated my video card and now it works fine.
