I'd like to add that I like split arrow mines for the lack of impact of my GPU and game in general and for the idea in general of the build that is off meta.( It clears screen and off screen very well.
But I still find easier and less lack cluster to deal damage with BL.

All above is my personal opinion/mates and all are free to start whatever they want; indeed split arrows seems cheaper to start in the first place.

I'll be testing that as I level, actually! See how it goes. It's not a huge added damage at max level though, only 78-117, so who knows if that will even make a dent in damage.

Yup that's right, I forgot that bit. So secrets of suffering is actually huge as the only tradeoff is 30% crit multi.


I've thought about it, and people have asked. It's probably good... But, it's really hard to tell HOW good, because PoB doesn't handle it yet. It would require me to do math, and that doesn't sound fun. Haha.

Are you sure Coated Shrapnel also gets its damage converted to each element ? I have a strong feeling that it isn't the case and that the jewels adds damage to mines, not the weapon.

It does. Since the mines essentially attack with your weapon, it all feeds into the base physical damage with the weapon.

It's definitely noticeable especially at low levels, where a single coated Shrapnel will more than double your damage. If it didn't feed into conversion, it would be closer to a 15% increase.

The tooltip also reflects the added physical damage properly, and in my experience, that means it works.
Yeah with more tests it seems to be the case, I was skeptical since near the end of the campaign I had a low rate of ailments inflicted. I'll give it a proper try later again but I think you're right.

Anyway I did a bit of mapping and so far the build is fine for low tier mapping, less than 2 mins per map. I'm pretty sure it'll hold up to red tiers without much more stuff. Lvl 68+ heists maps can be dangerous though especially if you get stunned, Kaom's will really help out for that bit. (And I didn't pick the blind ascendancy yet so I'm missing out on it)

Probably dumb question, but why the nomad and the corresponding prophecy for it are not in the game at all in the moment?

4 on the passive tree, 4 from Minefield, default is 15.

You can also get 27 with the alt quality of minefield. But in my opinion Swift assembly > Minefield although a bit less DPS just for the insane clear speed it offers.

I'd still recommend to use Minefield in the barrage setup though.

Noob question, why my arrows cannot show random any element as colorize ? All of them still black as if only deal pyhsical dmg.
