Just dropped a Headhunter from a map without Zana nemesis mod. How?

The map had 15% beyond mod from zana. I may have had a watchstone that said unique bosses drop an extra unique or something. There were also no nemesis mods on the map itself. The HH dropped identified, non corrupted. I thought it could only drop from maps with Zana‘s nemesis mod. How did this happen? Any thoughts? Got pretty lucky with this one.

" On further investigation of the wiki, it appears league specific uniques can drop from the awakening levels “unique bosses can drop additional uniques” bonus. That must’ve been it. Lucky me! |

I dropped HH in delve league in non-nemesis T11 Coves map boss. I think it does not has to be metamorph or legion related.

When it says "rare monsters spawn with a nemesis mod" or whatever, are those rare mobs able to drop Nemesis items?
