Looking for new game suggestion.

GW2 has new content coming out.

Grim Dawn has a Diablo 2 mod that looks interesting.

Or for something different, Vermintide 2 (best played with 2 or 3 friends).

I've enjoyed both of them. Waiting for Wolcen to be full release and Last Epoch to update further into the cycle.

To be honest at the core there isn't really that much difference between the various aRPG out there. So if you are just downright burned out on this game I would look for a different genre for your next and then when you have taken a good break either try a different aRPG or come back to this one. Hard to give advice on what type of game though, just depends on what kind of games you like.

That list is pretty close to mine. Do you remember Darkstone? That was fun for awhile, but couldn't touch D2 or Titan Quest back in the day. I'd put it with Torchlight and Fate (never played Hellgate London, Sacred 1/2 or Dungeon Siege, those must have been when my kids were toddlers).

I tried Project Gorgon - Not bad. You can play for free till level 15 I think. I bought it after I tried it out.

Not sure when Diablo 3 is coming out.

The game I am most waiting for is Pantheon, Rise of the Fallen.
As a big fan of Everquest, once this gets released, I will most likely never play another game. Yes, I know it is an MMORPG.

I find trying something PoE-like actually is not great, just makes you miss poe.

Instead, try the best of a different genre. Dark Souls series (Id start with 2, just for polish) is amazing and requires skill in gameplay the way this game requires skill in planning.

In that way, its a much better game. If your build sucks in PoE, you will fail regardless of skill. Its all in the planning. In Dark Souls, is the opposite, any build can succeed with HIGH player skill. Conversely, no amount of planning and gaming the system can replace actually skill in encounters.

Its the great PoE weakness - a godlike build makes skill in the game irrelevant.

Seriously give a try to Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Final Cut.
