it won't.
lost 3 fights in a row to that exact bug. funny enough, only since the last patch; before that, the fight was a cake. i'm pretty sure, the pathfinding is screwed up after the mirrors dissapear... can't believe the ENDBOSS is still not fixed @GGG very disappointing.

I wish you the best luck, it worked for me since I had zero issues after editing the config (3 smooth sirius fights so far) but I also know that PoE has many performance issues on Win7 and the problem may still persist for you.

First smooth kill since patch for me. a bit slow but thats fine as long as the game runs smooth.

Still no answer from staff? Everyday i see more and more posts about this.

Today was a bad day for me, after couple hours of farming lost the fight because of the bug, the other times i managed to do it but now was worse.

I have 60fps on idling in regularwhen figting on paps runs about 40-50fps what is pretty much enough for me.

after i load into the Sirus fight especially after i get into the laboratory where is the map device with the blood portals it drops down to 30. when i get into the boss fight map it drops to 20 and i am just idling in the gate

if i tigger the bossfight it keeps on 20 most case but when he use the 3 circle labyrinth it just drops to straight 0 rest of his skill can get an aditional 10% drop.

still i just hate the fact that why the last boss fight cant be better optimized. i dont need so flashy and detailed animations or effects. make it run smooth.

the whole fight looks bad. soo dark on the back graond every animation is dark almost cant see some of them.yes i am colorblind it dont help on it but almost cant see any skills. also when he cast skills with his "floating clone" it can cover up half of the screen and hide what u actually need to dodge.

i am amazed how many design and developed feature of this figth went the wrong way. try to do something with it becase we stuck with this bad designed and optimized end game boss for over a year.
I ve got the exact same issue.

Core i7 9700k, rtx 2070, 16 gb ram. No issues elsewhere.

smooth pase 1+2 then pase 3 fps drop to 1 when he say "die".

Impossible to level up with this unless I give up on doing the fight...
