What's up with catalysts drops for You?

Drop rate is far too low on the "rare" ones IMO if they keep the removal of quality on crafts as is. I have hundreds of the common ones and the rare ones barely a full stack, if that.

300c right now to 20% a rare piece with +resists. Ouch!
