I'm sorry but Windows 7 goes out of service early January 2020. Windows 10 also have better multi-core performance than Windows 7 will ever have, it also have generally better thread priority for background services and such so you will get better fps switching to Windows 10. And let's not talk about security issues regarding Windows 7 :) Sorry for off-topic, but Windows 10 isn't so bad as you think it is.
Those security issues are only relevant in certain cases. Windows 7 is still leaps ahead in performance and UX over 10. And will be, for a long time.
Also, stop trying to instill an operating system on players, players can use whatever the hell they want.
Sorry, Windows 7 will become EoL (EoES ends on Jan 23rd.) GGG should consider using OpenGL 4.7, if not 4.8 (whenever that comes live)!
Windows 7 will be alive and kicking after the EoL.

Still not fixed after patch 3.9.1
Small update, we found the cause, but we couldn't get it ready in time for patch 3.9.1.
We'll be deploying it as soon as we can, though. Unfortunately, I can't say when that will be, sorry.

i've also not been able to play for the past 3 days, i seem to have lessened the memory leak problem by adding the "-gc 1" line in the Launch Options, worth a try for whomever is having this issue.
Windows 7 x64 user here.
You guys should upgrade to win 10. Win 7 not getting supported much anymore next month anyhow.
I would be easy to upgrade to Win 10 but you have to upgrade your system to make Win 10 work without much issues. Just like buying a new pc. So spending much on a pc because of some programmer's incompetency is out.

- Legion encounters still crashes once in a while

WILL BECOME and IS are two different states. To use such argument WILL BECOME has to change IS.
