disconnects, also crash to desktop

i have had this issue for several leagues and i'm finally deciding to seek help as it seems to be getting worse. in a single session of 3 or 4 hours i'll often get multiple disconnects and occasionally crash to desktop. i've completely uninstalled and reinstalled PoE, i've updated my drivers, i've done everything i can think to do but i still get disconnects and crashes. sometimes a crash will occur when i am loading into a new area, sometimes it will happen when i am selecting a character to play, sometimes it just happens randomly. i very rarely have a full play session WITHOUT a crash or a disconnect.

dxdiag https://pastebin.com/sdafkZRm

this is my first time posting in the technical support section so please let me know if there's any other information i should be providing. thank you in advance for your help.

EDIT: here is the WinMTR data https://pastebin.com/dYbmQc9A
i'm plugged directly into my router. i'm using the stand-alone client.

Your WinMTR is not correct. You need to run it against the PoE gateway you are using to login.
There's a good guide on the forums for running a WinMTR here.

Also, is your PoE installed on your SSD or your HDD? Disconnections when changing areas can sometimes be caused by a slow hard drive. Even if this may not be the cause of your issue, I'd highly recommending installing PoE on your SSD anyway (if it isn't there already).

thank for the responses guys. i have both an SSD and a HDD, PoE is installed on my SSD.

here is the new winmtr data https://pastebin.com/18VL6Hkq i used the Washington D.C. wdc.login.pathofexile.com gateway. here's a screen shot https://imgur.com/cCao4dx my winmtr doesn't seem to have changed at all since the first time i used it, but i know that i used the proper gateway.

thank you guys so much for your time and your effort.

This is your WinMTR report -->

This shows that you are sitting inside GGG serverroom and is playing..... :)

So something is wrong because all the hops between your PC and GGG's server is missing.
i do live super close to the washington dc gateway, my ping is usually about 10 or 12ms.

can you tell if i did something wrong by the screen shot i provided? i just copied the washington dc gateway and pasted into winmtr, just as i was instructed by the winmtr thread

you did nothing wrong in your WinMTR as far as I can see, so that is a bit strange....
so if i'm not doing anything wrong with my dxdiag, and i'm not doing anything wrong with my winmtr, is there anything i can do to effectively seek help?

Not before a GGG DEV looks at your posted info and replies. But that could take a long time. Try to send them an e-mail on their techsupport@ e-mail and include your DXDIAG and WinMTR report in the e-mail and see what happens.
