I let both versions of this wand in main post. You can see I exalted, divined and blessed this wand hoping for jackpot. Divine was a fail (lost spd and crit, maxed spc but it's 17-19 mod anyway). I stopped investing in it when I decided to sell it, was using myself before, managed to craft a better one for my spec, yet not entirely happy so more wands will join the list soon probably.

Obviously I thought the investment is under the value of the item else I wouldn't do it, hence your 1 exalt offer (even it can be a decent start in other situation) is not fulfilling my expectations for a trade.
