*** FIX *** LAG SPIKE / FPS SPIKE / STUTTER - WIN 10

I had constant latency stutters as well, and this instantly fixed it for me.
Using x570 Aorus Master, 3900x, RTX2080, MP600, Win10 1903.

Update - the stuttering came back. I then tried changing the network mode from auto to predictive, and that worked. The auto setting might have just switched it to predictive on its own, coincidentally while I tried the bcdedits.

Oh my goodness I am bumping this because it is AMAZING. Running a mini PC with Ryzen 7 onboard GPU. Now I can actually play. WOOOOOOO!!!!

Just made my rig run at 1 FPS. I can't even change anything back. I can't even open cmd in admin. I've tried booting it in safemode cmd to change them back and it's still not having it...
