Giftcards? Technically speaking you can use Steam giftcards.

We have some options available that are giftcard adjacent at the very least. Payment methods such as Karma Koin and Steam Wallet for example.
Prepaid credit or debit cards should work through the "Check out with Credit/Debit Card" payment option and we also have 700+ Payment Methods available through Xsolla which might offer some more flexible options.
