Wish that was the case for me, I bought mine in the first minute the store was up, sent a pm, a email, a tweet, a forum post.... like 3 minutes after I had the problem.

I bet they weren't expecting to get this much support. Hopefully they get this all worked out soon so people can get to throwing their money at them.
