" Well, i would start with fixing your cluster jewels (and jewels in general, definitely take those 2 jewel sockets asap). And for cluster jewels, the med cluster with spiked concontion is really strong. For your flask, I dont see why you are using Foreboding flask as you dont even have Hardened Scars annoint (if you wanted it for Fortify). On that note, you are missing annoint. You are also wasting quite a lot of points by taking Divine Flesh in witch/shadow area instead of replacing Supreme Ego. Also you are using lvl 20 CWDT, that is way too high with your life amount, either self cast it or change it to like lvl 7/lvl 9. My builds:

" Thanks deathbeam. I have added born to chaos and rot-resistant to small cluster, and lowered CWDT to lvl7. It feels a lot better now. Thanks for your advices. | |

How does this compare to a Chaos TR or CA as a league-starter?

" Its a bit worse because its a lot more reliant on weapon compared to chaos TR/CA but leveling is mostly the same as you can just level with CA/TR anyway. But it scales fairly well so I guess it depends on how long are you planning to stick with the char. 6 abyssal socket shroud seems pog since the weapon sockets arent particularly good in this build

" Yea but the abyss jewels arent very good either for poison builds, so I would probs still rather just use good rare with phys damage taken conversion and maybe some damage mods and ofc - mana cost. My builds:

"  Easy double corrupt fodder, more life than anything but kaoms or a 130+ life 12% max hp hunter chest, easily crafted jewels with pristine+aberrant, and I don't personally value the -mana cost mod since I plan to run enduring hybrid flask for hardened scars. Definitely a competitive chest imo unless you have close to a gg hunter chest. | |

Hey thedeathbeam. Just wanted to pass along thanks again, it was a fun build this league, and plague bearer + explody chest made running through T16th a breeze. Never played a pathfinder before, will be hard to go back to non-refilling flasks! :)
The only suggestion I'd make is to add in Auls with Envy as a good alternative amulet. I couldn't find another one that had the same combination of attributes, life and the flat chaos damage of Envy. Seemed to really work for my build! |
