Idk about you but personally I've wanted to take my cyclone characters seriously for many years now. Cyclone hasn't been relevant since the multi strike 1000% face breaker days. I think other players share similar sentiments regarding cyclone in PoE

It doesn't have to be that powerful, it's simply the mechanic of contagion that does the work.
