League Standard normal.

The energy regen is irrelevant. You have Leech, almost the same as mine, the rest you'll get through levels. That's all really matters.

I have upgraded panths.
Same bandits.
You can run maps and farm fast, but depends of mobs you probably die if you dont have so much skill.

on this own video at chimera tier 16 at minute 1.10, anyone of us, will die. he do a nice job dodging. but this is the example i comment, whit the problem of currently build, you gonna die so much.

The tree i think is not correctly, so much problems, with sustain, and attributes, for the build he does.

i gonna change build.

I'm not sure tbh, IC will proc more frequently (4 sec cd -> 1 sec duration + 3 sec cd) than Steelskin (4.5 - > 1.5 + 3). IC (lvl 8) is better for bigger damage spikes (2.8k+) and degens, steelskin (lvl 8) is better for smaller ones. Idk its hard to tell. I think use whatever feels better, don't think it should matter very much.
