Blood Altar craft button is always greyed out even with a good recipe in it

I was using a PNG image not a JPG finally got it to work

Well that was easy... Thank you for the help...I knew I was overlooking something really simple. There is nothing in the help panel about crafting at the blood altar otherwise I would have figured it out before posting in the forum.
