Pros:
Cheap (Yes, it is cheap dammit!)

Cons:
Gem swapping for single target.(only 1 gem)
Some reduced reserve requiered from jewels/gear for min/maxing.
Desecrated/Burning Ground is annoying.
Ele/Phys reflection isnt a problem, except for league mechanics.

Pantheons:
Major: Soul of Lunaris
Minor: the one you like, im running with Soul of Garukhan because of the movement speed.
Burning/Desecrated ground can be annyoing for ES regen, so you can run ither Soul of Shakari or Soul of Abberath if you feel like it.


How the build works:

We're basically an Aurabot for our precious Bees(SRS MTX).
Trying to gather as many auras to boost their damage as possible.
How do we afford all these auras?!
We do this through grabbing every inc aura effect+reduced mana reserved as we can get.
We're also wearing Victario's Influence
It provides us with alot less mana reserved, and it gives us a free lvl 30 Generosity to boost our auras even more.

As for defenses, we're going Mind over Matter+Eldritch Battery.
How this works is that instead of draining mana when we take damage, our energy shield will be drained instead.
This allows us to reserve up all our mana for auras etc.
Energy shield is also used to cast abilities instead of mana, which is great for SRS since it cost alot to cast.

Why not Disciplin in body armor?
Because the auras in the body armor isnt applied to us because of Generosity, and we still want the Commander of Darkness and the energy shield for MoM+EB.

How to gear/what stats on what item?:

Helm: Rare Bone helmet with life, res and energyshield.
The -9% fire damage is also very good, easily crafted through fossils, Prismatic+Pristine+Scorched.
A elder one with minion damage would be the best.

Weapon: Realm ender, gives SRS 3+lvls, even got Cold to Fire which gives a bit of dps also.
A +2 implicit staff with crafted 3+ gemlvl would be better.

Body Armor: Victario's Influence The only mandatory unique item in the build.

Rings: one Unset ring to fit Disciplin, pref with 1-3+ socket level and ofc life, res and eneryshield.
The other can be any rare with life, res and eneryshield.

Amulet: Rare amu with life, res if need but the amulet is the piece that provides with attributes(dex and str is needed alot)

Boots: Rare with movementspeed, res and life.

Gloves: Command of the Pit
For budget, use either Grip of the council or rare ones with minion damage crafter.

Belt: Stygian vise with life, eneryshield and res.
It has to have one open suffix so we can craft 120 ES regen while near a rare/unique mob.


Flasks:

We use the new flask that came with 3.6
Bottled Faith, gives our minions more damage, tho its not mandatory.
The rest is up to each and one of you how you wanna set it up.

I ran with 2 life flasks(bleed and freez)+2 Quicksilver flask+ Bottled faith.


Gems:

Summon raging spirits + Unleash + Minion damage + Elemental damage with attacks + Ruthless + Melee splash/Multistrike In order for 5L/6L questions.

Anger+ Wrath + Hatred + Vaal Haste + 2 open gem slots(more info in the min/max section)

Flesh offering + Flame dash + Faster casting + Desecrate

Wave of conviction + Ele Weakness + Curse on hit + Culling strike (You can run Faster casting instead of Culling strike if you want)

Cast when damage taken + Steel skin Not linked Stone golem

Disciplin in Unset ring


Jewels:

The 2 most important stats on our jewels are
Life and increased minion damage if you've used a minion skill recently.
The rest can be flat damage or res.

1 jewel should have the blind mod, provides with some Evade chance.
Taunt does not work for SRS.

Watchers eye?
Maybe some Disciplin or Clarity ones, i dont think its worth it.


Enchants:

Helmet: Summon raging spirit has a 18% chance to summon an extra minion.
With the new Unleash support, this one is doubled, allowing is to have a chance to summon 8 SRSs on one cast.

Gloves: Any, doesnt matter.

Boots: Movement speed if you havent been hit.


Leveling:

SRS is granted right after Mud flats, so we'll be leveling with it from the start.
Get the new Unleash support as soon as you can.
Win.

Leveling uinques:

Helmet: Goldrim

Body armor: Tabula rasa(pref with 2+ duration)

Gloves: Lochtonial Caress

Amulet Sidhebreath or Karui ward

Boots: Wanderlust, grab Victarios Flight as soon as you can, gives your minions movement speed also.

Rings: Praxis x2

Ascendency order: Mistress of sacrifice > Puppet master > Commander of darkness > Invoker

Min/Max:

We can afford to put on Aspect of the spider/Avian for even more damage, all we have to use is 2x 1% reduced mana reserved corrupted jewels and a Enlighten 4 in the body armor.
Spider is the better one imo.

There is also another option if you feel the need for more survivability.
Running Temporal chains + Blasphemy in the body armor since it has 2 open gem slots.
This requires 4x Reduced mana reserved jewels, and a source of 1+ curse.
Either from the Whispers of doom wheel in the passive tree or an item, Windscream/Windshriek is a good choice.

A crafted 3++ bow and a quiver would be the best weapon setup.

Your staff, gloves, and flask alone are worth 11 ex on a good day.

It boggles my fucking mind how people have 15-20 ex to blow through already.

Unless you're day 1 ilvl83 shaper base armor farming how the fuck do people get so lucky?

I have 3 chars, most high 80's and I have found exactly 2 ex, converted all my chaos and jewelers into another 4ex, and I play A LOT. 0 profitable prophecies, 0 dense fossils, you know what fuck this game.

Build including corrupted jewels and all the other decent level jazz to get this end-game viable looks to be about 13ex. It will hit 25ex in value for the stuff even close to pushing min/max gear.

That's pricing no less at a point where half the player base has already gone, the market is flooded and items are about as cheap as you'll find them.

Why is this build ragged as "Cheap"?

This was my starter, only thing i spent over 1ex on was the flask(4 ex) and gloves(2,5 ex).
The staff is an 1alch unqiue which i 6L myself.
The rest has all been below 40c each.

So im not really sure what you are saying.

They are just butthurt because you didn't provide alternatives until you can upgrade to those items.

I know from past experience that SRS melts bosses no matter what. These extra items seem to make it possible to melt uber elder like you did.

Just add a "budget" section and people will quit complaining.
Well done sir looks solid, guide is well formatted and videos are nice 10/10.

Cost for a complete build under 15 ex is a solid build imo, especially one that melts mino in 4ish seconds.

With that amount of damage i'm sure mapping and red bosses will be fine on a 5l and "cheaper" items, probably re spec to this and give it a try. I'll post a followup after I give it a try.
I'm respeccing a character into this. how fucked am I without the 2 1% mana reserve corruptions? seems super rare, never even know it existed.

I just respec'd to that. i can run all auras as long as clarity is level 1(which min isnt because i leveled it up by accident)

I'm not even certain what the the point of Clarity is in this build?


People saying this is super expensive dont make sense to me. I had barely over 200c when i started to respec to this. I was a totally different ascendency and had to buy regrets like crazy as well as all the gear i just link. I'm pretty broke now but i did it.

Sure the flask and gloves are pricey. but they arent 100% needed

While I agree that this build is more expensive than many casual players can afford, I think the OP needs respect for coming out with a unique, exciting SRS build. Thanks dude/dudette!

Especially since SRS is such a naturally weak skill right now, synergising a build and taking it to end game takes a lot more effort than meta skills.

It is also a huge plus having an SRS build that does not need to proc EE...

It is worth noting that the cons section stating "desecrated/burning ground is a bit of a pain' will be an understatement for most players. This game currently has a ridiculous amount of ground effects, so having a skill that needs to stand still to cast is a huge loss to both survivability and damage IMHO.

It is also worth noting that unchecking vaal haste and then selecting melee splash will give you a better estimate of your consistent DPS, so you don't get unrealistic expectations about steamrolling content.

About the reduced jewels, this is a doozy on my part, im changing it in the guide, we dont even need enlighten

Im gonna move em to the Min/Max section where they're needed.

I dont think Clarity is in the guide, in the PoB its turned off but im removing it from there. (i had it on my char for no reason what so ever, removed)

About the guide being expensive, thank you... i dont get all these posts.
