Which do you prefer and why? Which is the most rewarding of them all?
Labyrinth is kinda luck based with the keys.. but you can score good.
Delving is probably the best for currency farming but its high level only.
Maps I don't know, haven't reached them yet (Still level 44).
If you are newbie, but have some really tanky build (assume some cliche from forum), then - for you - Uber lab. All you have to do is obtain some nice rare helmet with proper ilvl and hunt for enchants. When you get some nice one, you can craft your base properly.
Mapping? And what good you want to "farm" there? 99,5% drops are garbage. Veterans farms maps for sulpshite and some interesting encounters (Betreyal, Incursion). Or you can endlesly farm Burial Chambers or Spider Forest for "Doctor" cards. Boring as hell if you ask me.
Delve? Profitable, for sure. But if you are casual or/and newbie, you will hardly get past depth 400 there - not enough sulpshit, too weak character. Overall, get some practice in Uber lab, get some currency from there, them go to Delve, or Delve every time you have sufficient amount of sulpshit.
Or you can build some "Uber Elder" killer, very profitable if you know how to make watchers drop. Play year or so, you will be able to properly design such thing.
Basically looking for high level uniques, Chaos and Exalted orbs. I did delve a bit but it was the top layer and I got a lot of currency there (not as valuable as Chaos orbs though).
Mapping I still haven't arrived yet, level 50, act 7 currently. Seems like everyone is suggesting maps though, probably I'll try it and see how it goes.
by Uber Lab you mean the hardest Labyrinth type right? What are watchers exactly? Last time I did the lab, I killed a boss and got 3 keys. Opened 3 chests, 1 was full of currency, 2 were a bit garbage..

Yes, "Uber Lab" is that "hardest Labyrinth". Besides, I will not give you any other advice from which you would be able to gain some profit, there is too much difference between us. I'm "endgame killer", it means I farm hardest available bosses in this game. For fun and profit, you are total beginner. No, it is no exaggeration, rather prefered playstyle. Neither better nor worse than others.
Mentioned "watchers" are "watcher eye" jewels, which could be very, very expensive, especiely if dropped by "Uber Elder", another endgame content. Keep playing, enjoy the game, you will learn everything eventualy.

So whether a watchers eye drops is dependant on something else? It isnt a random drop from elder? You can make it more likely??

Yes it is dependant on something else too. However, I will not spoil you all fun. Figure it yourself, have some satisfaction. But I tell you one thing. If I notice that this factor has not occurred, I prefer to use a new set of fragments than to kill Uber Elder just for killing (besides watcher his drop is garbage) then spawn him again and loose 8 T16 guardian maps :)

They all have pros and cons:
Delve you have to score lucky out of maps, or pay into.
Lab requires a go fast build to farm efficiently
Maps are, well the luck of the alch/vaal

maps are useless unless you roll 100+ quantity on every single one of them and 3+ good chisel rolls. Delve and lab doesnt require any investment and much more rewarding than mapping

I prefer delving above all of the others.
-Maps are shit. Their drops are dumb, especially now since the changes to their droprates. The completely random assignement of monster types in each one just blows, their loot is garbage most of the time and they have those blood shitting syndicate encounters that make me wanna snap my own neck (the intervention cucks atleast).
-Labyrinth... oof. The quantity cannot be modified (except when you use special gear of course) the monster pack sizes are way too small, additionally the area level is always set and even at maximum isn't very high/rewarding exp-wise... and can we just talk about how Izaro always kills you after reaching his health-threshold and all the adds being summoned, so even though he's supposed to move onto the next phase he still keeps attacking, smashing your skull in.
Keys are cancerous to get, not only is the shrine buff way too RNG-y but going through all areas just for keys is annoying and time consuming as all hell (even with lab-notes).
-Delve is amazing. No random mobs variety, the mods are always opened up for you to read no "unidentified f-you" crap and you get to keep your progress no matter what... (unless the league swaps). Whereas with maps when you run your last 120%quant T16 guardian map but get no map returns from it and the highest tier map you have left after that is a bloody T5, delve allows you to sustain automatically, all you need is sulphite, which luckily they sortof fixed with the guarantee of finding 3 veins with each Niko-area.

Which are the Niko-Areas? I love Delving so far as well! Depth 34.
