I want to spend my time playing, not waiting for someone to actually sell a map. |

I am inclined to think that map drops have been reduced in the Atlas this time too .... and synthesis just does not seem to provide the missing maps at all.
This league again I'm completing only one t3 map to farm cards ( runnning some other t3 without killing the boss, but mostly waiting to get 3 of each for the recipe to upgrade to t4 ) and .... even though it's not a big sample, I4m pretty much stuck already, and since Zana won't sell me anything higher until I complete the shaper influence t4 ... (which I don't have, even though I ran like 10+ of the previous maps, half of them alched and some of them even chiseled, some even with sextants .... For a fucking t3 map!). I'm not skipping any content either, syndicate members haven't given me any maps so far. Yep, it really does feel like it this time, first time I have such a hard time entering the Atlas, and it's not a 10 red maps sample, it's really low tier maps that usually easily drop other maps ( and more like a sample of ~30+). And yet again for the 10th-15 league in a row i have 0 problems sustaining red maps.

" I farm blood aquaducts a bit for tabula and maps. When i start mapping a have a map pool of about 10 maps(which really doesn't take that long) After that i just run the maps untill i build a map pool of the next tier once i have a decent size i run the next tier and so on. This is very slow but effective Delving helps a lot as well as do tempels and ofc buy all the maps zana has every reset. As for buying, I don't (unless its for a master mission) but this will obviously speed up the process. There is honestly no big secret behind it just make use of what the game has to offer. Getting started can be mega crap but I have completed all maps up to tier 9 yet have only bought 2. I got really lucky however and my first stretch of elder influence got me all the way up to t11 memory orb quest. A lot of maps have come from delve/temple and using the occasional harbinger orb (usually at the start of a fresh tier to limit wastage). That said I do have dry days too.

" I might have had more maps than that at the start, getting t2 was not a problem at all .... but for now t4 just don't drop ( I got like two as drops, one of them sustained itself 3 times in a row then nothing if I recall correctly ). Of course doing all temple, memories, delving that I can ( game actually gave me shaped t10 and shaped t15 from a delve node yesterday, instead of probably giving me that t3 or maybe t4 that I was looking for .... there is no point in running those 2 maps right now of course -___- ). I don't think I've ever been 'blocked' at that tier at level 85, it feels slower than previous leagues to me, of course it could all be just RNG but ... given that some pro-players already gave some similar feedback, it does seem that it's not just RNG. Running lvl 69~70 content at level 85 does not feel very good. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading. " Rngesus can be cruel, I was literally level 88 with 78% atlas progression before I got my last Lab trial to spawn, have yet to see an exalted drop too. Hopefully you have a good day with it tomorrow and zanna crops up for you in your maps enough to help boost you a bit with missing maps :) |

I know it will get through, this time feels .... just awefully slow compared to the previous leagues. Of course this is only my feedback, coming from my own sample of maps. I am adding it here because this time I know that even some streamers ( who know what they are doing, not some streamers with legacy gear who have no idea what the hell they are actually doing, there are streamers like this too ... ) also felt it. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
