I would really like it if you did a WHOLE lot of auditioning for talent if you are going to give the NPCs voices, so many games even with voice acting don't look hard enough for talent and often the voices come out cheezy, after playing for a while I realize just how much I actually miss diablo 2 just because of the voice acting.
I love virtual brutality so save it for the Mobs...

The voice actors they have gotten so far seem fine. You mainly get bad voice acting in other language games converted to English. Drakenstein rive of time is prime example of this.

We're still going through the process of writing/auditioning the actors. We'll make sure to get decent voices :)

Oh goodie! This may seem like such a small complaint, but simple things like this make a big difference. Things like (incoming D2 examples) Blood Raven saying "My army will destroy you!", and memorable NPC quotes like "stay awhile and listen!"
All this little stuff is very helpful in making a game memorable and imersive by providing it a personality. It is the biggest issue with the games presentation thus far, as the graphics, atmosphere, and music are top notch. |

Ban-Kai! lol. Yeah real voice actors, for the creatures get in touch with the Avatar the Last Air Bender crew they have one dude make all of the animal noises and he does an AWESOME JOB (if he's interested/ you can afford him/ he's willing to work with you) Also Mako from Avatar TLA and Samurai Jack would make for an excellent NPC!

i miss the voice a lot, make you feel more entangled in the characters, and i think even the mains should say something from time to time, like the old "this place stench of death" i love voice overs, and i like the witch voice over from the video too.

Suggestion - give gold or diamond supporters the option to voice some NPCs. Add in rare easter egg NPCs just for that reason even!
