Flask disappearing from flask slot

When i logged in this morning my dying sun (flask slot 1) was suddenly missing. I only realized part way into my 2nd map of the day, but i had not vendored anything or changed any of my equipment, nor did i drop the item in the maps itself (loot filter would have notified me). If you could please advise if this is a common issue and if there is any way to resolve it? Last bumped on Feb 17, 2019, 11:55:41 AM

GGG doesn't make any kind of items restores, so nothing can be done that way.
So if you can't find it in your stash or on a other char, then you have lost it for good. | |

As one last thing to do before moving on, as they won't restore lost items, you can check the crafting bench.
