Cant raid any Safehouse

I cant raid any syndicate safehouse. All four safehouse missions are available with full progress. When I click on the SAFEHOUSE button nothing happens.
Also the usual mission progress decay does not happen any longer. I ran 10+ maps today and had also no syndicate encounters.
So I am currently completely blocked from the syndicate. Can you help me, please ?

I switched from Coastal to Immaculate. Now I can run the missions.

I then switched back to Coastal Hideout and the mission buttons are also active now.
