We're not done doing Flashbacks or Turmoil/Mayhem pairs but they're not the default so I wouldn't expect to see them every league. They're a bonus when the timing feels right.

during this races i had more fun than during actual leagues
incursion flashback event was fantastic actually I WOULD want them every league dead game
