Research Lab not appearing

All I've been getting this past patch is Fortification, Transportation and Intervention encounters, I've not seen a single Research encounter yet. Below is a screenshot of how my Syndicate is set up at the moment.

Could be due to RNG. I recall not seeing any Research for nearly a whole week, doing dozens upon dozens of encounters and often blocking 1-2 branches.
From the look of it there appears to be no reason for your Research to be blocked. Intervention and Transportation may be, oddly enough (only has leader). |
