Characters missing on login

I logged into my account to start playing again, and all my characters are missing. My husbands characters are still on his account, why did mine disappear?

Your profile says that you have a Level 23 Ranger in Standard. Can you please check whether you are filtering by Betrayal league? Go in-game, login, character selection screen, switch to standard on dropdown.
