I'm not sure I really understand the bans for this if it's done once in awhile.. it's really not a big deal. Everyone seems to go along with it and praise it anyway. I rarely see anyone get upset. And it's not like the toucan is covering up some great conversations over global.

Isn't this Toucan crap like years old by now? Are PoE players just now hearing about it? Its as antiquated as the Trade system, so I guess it makes sense.
