Pale Court not granting the crafting recipe in a group

I just did "The Pale Court" and "The Unbreathing Queen" and did not receive the recipe from either of them, but my party mate did. Below is a screenshot of the object in "The Pale Court" that grants the recipe, but it's not clickable.

its not a bug. only the person who opened the session receives the crafting recipe. You have to either buy the pieces yourself or farm the prophecies

I too would like to comment on this bug. I carried another player through...his map device, his hideout....i got the recipie, he did not.

" Wait, it was like that in Betrayal... but didn't they specifically change it so that all group members can obtain the recipe? At least that's how I interpreted the patch note.
