The one skill I was hoping for a damage boost did not get it. Sigh.
Maybe next patch, Ice Nova... Kilts for Templars <tm> - Our mission is to replace the ancient Greek toga worn by the Templar with a kilt. It fits the theme of Wraeclast better, and it fits the voice of the Templar.

" I'm quite certain they only meant the Might/Agility nodes inside the Duelist area will get this change. All others should stay the same. In any case, this is a much appreciated change to the Duelist tree.
