I notice that no one has considered Spectral Throw - which has the same always pierce as FB/FP but still *hits*.

Because of of the main advantages of spectral throw is that it hits twice: once when you thiown and once when it comes back. If you make it chain it would be nerfing it? But I don't know how it would even work. Hmmm...
