3.9, Metamorph: Sirius, Uber Elder, Elder, Shaper, Guardians, Conquerors, Crafting

hello am looking to craft on my item the the following modes highest rank if possible

spell damage + % of non chaos damage as chaos damage
% of non chaos damage as chaos damage
cast speed +%10 chance to gain arcane surge on kill

Simple Transaction, followed his directions, Uber Elder Dead, Paid my dues, and Out. Nice guy also.

Nice smooth Uber Elder kill. Horrible drops, but can't hold that against him. Seems a real nice guy.
