I am just left wondering if these special life mods block out the regular ones. 200+ flat and 9% increased would be nice.

" Imagine getting all 3 prefixes for life! Guatelitzi's, the hybrid AR/ES/EV + Life, and flat Life. That's, what? Approx 260 flat life and 9% increased maximum on a chest? As far as I know, it's theoretically possible. But good luck making it happen. And Guatelitzi's may prevent the normal flat life from spawning, which would only allow for an approx. 160 flat life.
